This has definitely been one of the festivals I was eager to go to, but unfortunately I couldn’t be able to attend this year. I’ve been living in Cali for the two last months, and I came home just three weeks before Coachella just my luck. This is absolute one of my favorite festivals, I just love how different and unique it is, the setting definitely is breath taking as well with all the palm trees, hills etc. I also love the selection of artists, they are very much different from many festivals. The past two weeks I have been dwelling over all the lucky people at Coachella, I got the pleasure of watching on livestream thanks to Coachella. I definitely enjoyed watching all the performances (The 1975, HAIM, Lana Del Ray, A$AP, Bastille, Solange etc). One other thing I love about Coachella is that people actually dress to the occasion, Coachella is all about the casual californian style, with all bohemian attitude and a bit of leather and black as well. Here is some of my favorite

Los Angeles

Never thought I would say this, but we tried the carsharing thing to LA, which was fun but scary at the same time. The driver was very nice, and I’m happy to have experienced that. We found a beautiful boutique hotel located in Beverly Hills a block from Rodeo Drive, which was all black and white I totally fell in love with it. We went to Hollywood, to go see the walk of fame and Hollywood sign, I was very disappointed because the place was so unpleasant, compared to what people make it of. But I was happy to have seen it, and now have my own perspective of Hollywood. We also went to downtown LA and Glendale as well, because I wanted to go to Forest Lawn cemetery and see where Michael Jackson was buried. I loved the fact that our trip was not a tourist trip, but rather a travel. We have been to so many awesome, walked through Hollywood, Korea town, Glendale etc. Even I got to see a few tourist things, the rest was spent on walking and spotting exiting things which I definitely enjoyed. Of course I did some shopping as well, favorite was surely shopping in Chanel!

Sorry I haven’t updated that frequently, I’ve just been really busy with school over here. But yeah last week we went to San Diego Zoo, which was quite the experience I really loved it there. Because the Zoo is so big we walked around for seven hours to see all the animals. I really enjoyed the park, and the weather was just excellent. Hope you guys are doing good xx
